This project highlights my ability to identify user pain points and design intuitive solutions. Using user-centred design principles, I conducted in-depth research to uncover the challenges frequent travellers face when managing scattered rewards. From ideation to prototyping, I developed a seamless experience that balances usability, functionality, and visual appeal—while staying true to the brand.
